Who is GetRide/TaxiPass?

GetRide brings taxi & limo operators into 21st century through technology, marketing support & national referrals.  GetRide was founded by Jason Diaz, a licensed (#497431) New York City cabdriver and Wharton School of Business graduate.

Prior to GetRide, Jason founded TaxiPass, the cashless payments leader for over 25,000 small and independent taxi/limo drivers in 10,000 cities across the US.  By leveraging TaxiPass' extensive payments network, GetRide provides nationwide coverage and cashless payments to passengers.

Jason also founded CabWatch, which organized 10k cabdrivers to improve the safety and quality of life of New York and its taxi industry.  Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, and President Bill Clinton have all honored Jason for his efforts at Cab Watch.
